There are 2 palatial estates, which will take a little under 5 years to reach full population, at which point the city population will be 4,560. All other houses are common residences.
The city has the maximum possible ratings, plus 'perfect' coverage of all healthcare, entertainment and religious buildings. Schools, libraries, mortuaries and the senet house are kept well-supplied with goods, and the city consumes no more food or goods than it produces or imports.
Both schools and libraries have less than 'perfect' coverage, being limited by available papyrus.
