Not much to say except that this mission is still challenging after all these years. Several failed attempts made me drop it... and I've finally completed it yesterday, at last... 2 years and a half after my first attempts!

Just a bit more words on it! Of course the battles were hard fought and took their toll on the army! But after a dozen years, you can finally catch your breath and focus on city goals if they're not met yet.
To reach 6k inhabitants and what was ask of culture, prosperity... I had to upgrade some houses. I chose to make the central islands the core of this project, with apartments and residences. The dock of the city and the industries are also there. Truly the heart of the city!
Now to Semna (Heh)... Let's hope I won't put a victory post 3 years later haha
