This save file contains a housing block design that can provide reliable entertainment coverage with a single pavilion, even in the face of entertainer teleportation.
I plan to write a forum post later explaining how it works. In the meantime, I want to thank StephAmon for documenting how the walkers behave in this game.
There is empty room for a second pavilion (for culture rating). However, the central pavilion can reliably provide entertainment by itself.
