After 2 years of playing on and off, 82 progressive save states and 233 in-game years, this is Henen-nesw. Not particularly happy with the result, lots of inconsistencies and long-term problems, but I thought I'd upload it anyway and move on. Some notes about the city:
-As usual, emphasis put on aesthetics, close to no empty space within the city, a total of 13 roadblocks used exclusively to separate the city from the flood plains.
-The city is walled and every tower is manned. Even though it's a liability for the workforce, especially due to the ageing population, I think it looks nice.
-Heavily reliant on heavenly interventions, in particular Ptah's minor blessing (deleted the jeweler industry and shipwright to guarantee the weavers are filled with flax every time).
-Finding solutions to logistical problems probably took more time than the actual city building.
-To complete the mission, dispatch the remaining burial provisions.
In the end I have to admit this custom mission was really well made. I don't want to give any spoilers, if you played the Middle Kingdom campaign you probably know what's going on. From the map layout to the events, this mission is one of the best and I encourage anyone who wants a challenge to try it.
