Playability: 2
'Amazonia' is very much a sandbox game on a very interesting map. While the map is very nice looking and one of the best I've seen, the gameplay simply does not have enough depth. On top of that, the objectives can't be completed... No plain stone can be found on the world map, which is needed to make pyramids. It's also incredibly easy to get your city thriving---wood is needed from several cities, and you have an enormous amount. To top it all off, the invasions are one-time, and many of the other events are too. While it's entertaining to build around the map, there is simply not enough depth in the gameplay.
Balance: 1
The objectives cannot be completed as asked. On top of that, building the city is very easy because of the lack of constant invasions or limited sellable resources. Anyone could play this map.
Creativity: 3
It's an interesting map, and that earns the three. The gameplay simply does not go in depth enough. There are many cities to trade from, and at the least this is a very good map.
Map Design: 5
Fantastic look and a hoot to build on for the most part. The map looks unique and natural and obviously had some care put into it.
Story/Instructions: 2
Some instruction is given above, the problem here being that it instructs you to complete objectives that you can't complete.
Additional Comments: Very good map, and worth downloading if your just looking to play on a nice-looking map; though nothing else.

Yeah... without the zoo, you can't get culture > 70.
Also, there's no copper/weapons and plain stone both needed for the monument. Perhaps new trade routes will change that, but i didn't play to find out.
