I started laying down the block at the gold and shortly after that the one near the copper mines. Once population flooded in I added the gold mines, the palace and ran out of money. With the rescue loan I added copper mines and hunters and a couple of temples. I countered the first request (copper) and put down two weaponsmiths, a fort of each (North) and the recruiter.
Both were filled well before the first attack arrived. potters and clay pits were added to get to pre-beer housing and I opened the traderoute to export copper.
I almost got caught by surprise with the gem request, but added a half dozen mines on either side and managed with 5 motnhs to spare.
Then I started to import beer and upgraded the housing with a court house on either side, while I also manned the two southern forts. I beat of a couple more invasions, started to import peas and added a market each for better coverage. Money was rolling in ad I added the weavers to keep down the unemployed level.
The Bedu attacked mainly from the East (behind the gold mines, which blocked my troops) and the North (next to the gem-mines)
Once I hit the required KR, I was som 75 people short. According to my advisor I had some 200 people waiting to get in but decided to add the three houses outside the copper mine block and just waited for the last to roll in. I didn't even have time to reply the arms request.
The save is made at the point where you just have to wait for some 15 odd settlers to arrive.
