For Cleopatra expansion pack
Recently, many ships have been lost in the Greek islands. This is restricting trade with Egypt from the north.
We have arranged a treaty, whereby you may build a construction camp on the northeastern tip of one of the larger islands, to be used exclusively for the creation of a lighthouse, to serve the Greek islands. We are free to settle the surrounding small islands, and to use what resources we can find there.
The treaty calls for no military involvement in the area. The Greeks will trade goods for the construction workers, but no one will risk the treacherous waters to take fancy jewelry to the construction workers.
This is a golden opportunity to extend our influence to the north. Rather than just building the agreed construction camp, attempt to build a city of 8,000 spread across the islands. Even though luxury is sparse, attract the best people that you can. Let's not have this place looking like a work camp! Spread good healthcare, religion and entertainment throughout the city, so that many of your residents have all that they fancy.
There appears to be abundant wildlife and fishing opportunities. I expect that you will have some food to spare. Our mining engineers have also found ores, deep within the islands.
Although you should get that lighthouse up and running soon, you may proceed at your leisure to create a thriving community.
Fancy residences: 25
This is intended to be a relaxing "patience" game for any player, needing some skill to complete, but not too much to play.

I found this map just by searching through the list of available Cleopatra maps and I thought I'd have a go at this one. Since nobody else has reviewed this, I might as well be the first (after 13 years xD)
This is a great map! With all the resources scattered all over the place and with the natural tiny islands, it makes building a large city extremely difficult. I had to start using weird housing designs just to get people in. I gave this a 4 mainly for this reason, but it could've been higher if there was more of a reason to replay this. With the high population goal, it makes replaying the map very tedious.
Gave this a 3 simply because of the lack of events. A famine request repeatedly occurs, usually for Fish or Game Meat, but the Antelopes can get stuck and glitch out. As a result, it may be better not to distribute it to your citizens.
The uploader has clearly put a lot of thought and effort into the map! All the trade routes you have provide you with all the required goods to build a flourishing city. This would've been a 5 if the cities were built in their prehistoric locations (except for the player's city) to make it a bit tougher on the player. On the whole, good map!
Map Design: 5
Perfect map! It makes for an incredibly tough challenge and many housing block designs on the internet just won't work in this map, meaning the player will have to adapt it or just make a new one. The islands are very natural as well.
Not a bad story, but doesn't really make much of a point as to what you are supposed to do, other than build a large city with a lighthouse.
Great map! Lots of time and effort has clearly been put into making this! However, the Antelope spawn point near to where the lighthouse has to be built can result in that whole spawn becoming useless so it may have been better to move it to another island, but on the whole, good map! :)
