My objective for Itjawy was to have a big population (more 20000 people)with exclusively the best level house for scribes and workers. So I had put aside some of my usual personal rules.
You can explore the magnificence city of scribes inside walls at the north east, all monuments, palace, mansion, temple complex, festival plaza, academy, recruiter are in the center of manors.
All districts and kingdom road are connected.
Everyone have an access to the 4 gods, cops, tax, and every services (except senet house).
Scribes can eat good meat and delicate lettuce and pomegranate, workers eat only grains and pomegranate.
The capital owns a good army (6 forts) and a little fleet, it's a major trade spot which can sell many goods like beer, lettuce, limestone and linen (maybe papyrus too if you delete some schools)
*There are 2 saves in my file :
-The first "Itjawy" begin 62 years after the start of the mission when I finished the city with 60 culture rating (yes I like taking my time). It should be stable with minimum of micro-gestion (supervision of my Brugle Storage yards ; thanks to that technique I managed to build houses in all the map with a lonely distribution and production center in the extreme south).
I think the city can received in addition some thousands people without problems
-The second "Itjawy2" begin 64 years after the start with rating max, the city is stable during 5 years (I put the data of this save) ; after the victory (to win you must send burial goods, papyrus coming soon) when I choose governing more a strange bug appears : granaries emptying of their grains and they keep just 1 unit of grain, even granaries which hasn't grains before..)
