Here everyone is housed in spacious residences (108). Initial town with temple complex was kept but redesigned. The district of west coast include festival place and military academy in the middle at houses. On the other side of the Nil a big loop with palace city and access to gold mine.

5 years after the save the city have 9604 people and 188460 Db (taxs 24% and 25% in the past 6 months)

Personal rules :
** The city is stable with no issues of unemployment or workers (after 3-4 years little lack of labour)
*Rating max (35 without mortuary, 70 with only spacious reisdences)
*All road connected (Kingdom road too)
* Good defence (Academy and 6 forts : 3 archer, 3 infantryman, 2 warship wharf and 2 transport wharf, towers and walls)
* No huts or shanty town for industries, no 1x1 houses (lasts houses doesn't evolve yet)
*All coverages (religion,culture,sanitary) are very good or better (exept libraries here ; mortuary ans senet house weren't used) and useful for citizens
*Education structures are kept supplied with goods
*All citizens will give the best comments--a dancer will say "This city is fantastic!"

Brugle Your city should have a more unique name than "Thinis"--perhaps "Makhouyankhamon-Thinis".

Prosperity is not 100, it is 69.

All houses are not spacious residences, there is a rough cottage.

Thanks Brugle for observations, I rectify.

The advisor shows a house which is not a spacious reisdence at the beginning of the save (you say it's a rough cottage). I couldn't find it in the city but it's disappeared after 2 years in advisor's graph (now I will use it before post)

Brugle The rough cottage is the house that is farthest to the southeast. It cannot evolve to a spacious residence since it is not desirable enough. You could fix that by surrounding it with plazas and building two shrines and a small statue nearby, which will raise Prosperity to 70 if no other houses devolve.

True ! I didn't see it. I make a new save with some adjustment to keep 70 prosperity, smaller population but I beat my score
