So this is my Baki done for the Pharaoh Walkthrough on YT.
Some noticeable features:
* The dock area is completely disconnected from the rest of the city
* All the housing blocks are in the right hand side of the map
* Everyone is fed figs. One manor block and fancy residence block are fed on imported meat and chickpeas due to Game Meat being too far away to be reliable for a second food stuff.
* No trade ships go beyond the flood plain on the river, ensuring quick turnaround.
The challenge I wanted to present myself in this version of Baki was to see how I could build a stable city that was crammed down the right side of the map area. It was pretty successful, but distant housing blocks (aka, those furthest from the Osiris TC housing block) randomly lose access to pottery, beer or additional food sources.
In hindsight, I'm sure every house would've been able to get Figs and Game Meat (no imported foods) if only the two herds on the main area of land (where the kingdom road is) was used, instead of trying to include the 3rd and 4th herds. When I replayed the mission over, game meat was indeed better distributed without needing to resort to imports, but beer production was strangled for no apparent reason in the replay.
Hope you enjoy! Comments welcomed :)
*Baki 4- Medium Mudbrick Pyramid just needs a couple more blocks of limestone to be completed.
*Baki End- Dispatch the burial provisions to win the mission.
