s I was browsing around the Senet House, my eye was caught by a few more threads from people being very happy that their sceanrios have been downloaded oodles of times, but...were very unhapy that nobody had bothered to put up a review of said scenario.
So here's my plea, again, if you play a scenario, could you please, please, please give the author some feedback by filling in a review?
I know the author's are going to love you for it and it might just keep them making more scenarios.

Light at the end of the Tomb
amuhotep, a.k.a. Ray Heuer pointed out this little titbit from Breakaway's Mapessus concerning the burial provision problem that's been haunting Cleopatra's tombs.
There *is* light at the end of the tunnel! Here is, of course, the official Impressions ' site, but we'll keep you posted.
The problem involing burial provision dispatching has been fixed by the programmers and the revised code is being carefully "run through the wringer" to be sure
1) that the problem *is* fixed, and
2) that no other problems have cropped up.
So far, all looks good. However, I don't know when an official patch will be released -- but when it is you'll see it up here first!

That was a strange bit of news...
ctually, I think, I confused my browsers when I typed in the previous news item, as it should have appeared on Zeus Heaven not here.
Now for some real Pharaoh news.
Angel Draco has updated the Downloads section
In Custom ScenariosI'll be back...
Two MUST Downloads for Cleopatra Expansion Pack! Cherub Baltic's Green City and Trevor Hall's The Rock Pool. And not to forget Octavian's Mycenae.

In MISC. Files
Paul Uraeus has updated his EXTREMELY popular Pharaoh Desire Control. The first version of his utility has over 1000 downloads so get this new version now! Visit his website Pharaoh Hack for more utilities like this

Remember the Naked Sheep?
while ago, in the interview Angel Reckless Rodent had with Chris Beatrice, the latter mentioned Naked Sheep. Now we've all been pondering about what that subtle hint could mean. The Ancient One recently managed to tease the answer out of Impressions' Kraken when he visited the IRC chat our Greek friend has set up.
Basically...sheep will show they were shorn very well. No longer white and fluffy, they will show up pink and naked.
Thanks for the telling (and the permission to repeat it) Kraken.

ong term player and forum regular Tomek has started an interesting little thread asking for your input. He want's to know which 5 missions you enjoyed most. Not that this includes career missions, custom scenarios, competition scenarios, olympic events and everything else.
Talking about scenarios, Baltic posted a rave review of Moquel's Chariot Island in the Scenario forum. In this same forum Stringbags, one of our more prolific scenario designers posts a little something on Cleopatra's plagues. Not only useful for when you want to design a scenario about this, but also useful when you encounter them in places like Abu Simbel.

Talking to the Golden Gods
just picked up this post from the Ancient One in the Senet House. He's started a little IRC channel concentrating on the Impressions' games, called #CityBuilders. To his pleasant surprise some people from Impressions showed up. I believe Itchy was amongst them.
So why not drop by and see if you'll be as lucky?

Just a few words...
new, oh well, almost new, story has started a little while ago in the Senet House. It seems to be set during the reign of the Persians, so who knows we might bump into Alexander the Great and some of his friends.
The Game Help forum is still going strong with questions about Pharaoh and some more about Cleopatra.

ime for a message from our Angel of Downloads, Draco.
First off, let me thank everyone for the flurry of player comments andAs you can see, there's no need to feel bored now the Pharaolymics are over.
reviews lately. The authors really appreciate your comments!
The first batch of Cleopatra entries have arrived! SethsRaven's The Tomb of Hesyra (cool name!) and Stringbag's Cyprus — Cypriot Cold War.
Stringbags has also updated his Mediterranean Trade map for the Cleopatra X-Pack.
Our very own Cherub Baltic has two new maps as well! Check out his Wadi Hassan v2.0 and Revenge v2.0. Be sure to check the descriptions of these two maps for because Baltic has written up incredible background stories for both maps!
Lots of maps from the Pharolympics! Vriesea's 1st Place finish of
Ahfra-deshala and JWorth's 2nd Place finish of Tunel are two you should definitely check out.
Also, Pounce has provided 5 yearly progressive saves of her 2nd Place finish on Revenge so that you can see how the city was built.
We've also got our first batch of Cleopatra X-Pac maps as well. Dynomite has submitted 4 of the new cities from Cleopatra: Piramesse, Alexandria (Prolemy Era), Alexandria (Cleopatra Era) and Abu Simbel. Be sure to check out the descriptions to see what new monuments were created!
SethsRaven updated his list of all of the Pharaohs in Egypt to go along with the new Cleopatra Expansion Pack era.
Check out Pharaoh List v.2.0.

few interesting threads have popped up in the Competition forum.
One of them is from our good friend Max, who's done a little experimenting with Brugle's watercarrier.
Another thread, started by Gill Britannica and is looking back on the amount of things learned from the competition. Missions that used to hard, now are finished with barely a second thought.
Want to know more?
If you have started playing Cleopatra by now, it might be a good idea to have a look at the Game Help forum.
Some things have changed...
